I stand corrected.. BIG Gov't. The kind that stifles all creativity, and any pretense toward any kind of profit from any kind of business, that punishes any level of success above what it, big gov't, deems appropriate. Anything above that level is only for... the greater good. When that runs out-"begging hands and bleeding hearts will only cry out for more"-they then resort to other forms of taxation. Like registration of bicycles. No matter how you spell it.....
