I have been given a Park 4th Hand Cable Stretcher (BT-2). No instructions came with it. I apologize for being, as my son would say, "out of it," but how does one use this thing? Any advice would be appreciated. Right now it's just taking up space in my tool drawer. GeorgeS Clueless in New Orleans
