This seems somewhat Riv related given it's produced by Soma. The sizing wouldn't work for me. Seems rather Rivish in set-up.

I used to think folding bikes were ridiculous but over the past year I've kind of warmed up to Bike Fridays. If it wasn't for wanting other things and one came up used at a fair price I'd probably consider buying it.
