The tightest squeeze is the clearance on the sides for the diagonal stays. Those are hard to photograph, behind the brake caliper. Furthermore, the geometry might be a little different there on a 58. It looks do-able to me, but if you tried to put fenders in there that are WAY wider than Hetres, they may interfere, and you'd have to bend metal and such. I'm sure I could do it with SKS P45's.
