The Redline Conquest 24 http://www.redlinebicycles.com/bikes/cyclocross/2011-conquest-24 or the discontinued Kona Jake 24 and both cyclocross bikes with drops and v-brakes. The Redline looks like a really nice bike. You might want to swap out brifters for bar-ends, but other than that pretty good and ready to go out of the box.
