Thanks. As far as a comparison - I'm probably not the best one to give a very detailed opinion. I like both bikes and really just wished I had more time to ride.
I've ridden the SO the most and have it dialed in for comfort. I really can't explain it but the bike just feels right. The Ebisu has seen mutliple 40 mile rides but I haven't touched the setup outside of the saddle height since I picked it up from Jitensha. I'll start to dial the Ebisu in the next couple of weeks and I'm sure it will be just as comfortable. As far as responsiveness, quickness, riding position, etc. I'm sure there are differences in both bikes but I'm just not that tuned into them. Sorry I couldn't help much but maybe some of the other guys with the Quickbeam/ Ebisu combo can comment.
