Eric,

I'm not sure if you're asking about the Nitto rack bolt, or a source
for the bracket...? If you need the bracket, I ordered mine from Mike
Kone at Rene Herse Bicycles:
http://www.renehersestore.com/servlet/the-341/Light-Bracket-for-Edelux/Detail

They custom make this aluminum bracket to fit the Nitto M12 rack that
they use on the Boulder Bicycle All Road and Randonneur bicycles. I
had to do some judicious filing and Dremel tool work on the bracket to
get it to fit a Busch & Muller Lumotec light, but it wasn't that
difficult (the bracket is designed to fit the Edelux and Cyo
headlamps). The bracket isn't cheap, but it definitely provides a
very rigid mount for the light that won't jiggle even over a rough
road surface.

If you're mostly interested in the Nitto rack bolts, I had one
available that I used. Rivendell obviously has them available (per
the post from William).
