Okay, just looked at the new Bomba. Can't just leave off the toptube.
Certainly would need at least a different headtube/diagotube lug.
Probably would have to have the diagotube intersect the headtube
higher up, as well. But seems like a smart mix of Bomba and Betty lugs
and tubes could still get the job done relatively easily.
