We have a few fun trails here on the West Slope of Colorado

If you are driving through Utah on I-70, there are many many
opportunities.
Of course there is the Moab area,
but closer to the Interstate is the San Rafael Swell

including unique hiking opportunities in Goblin Valley State Park.
