I've got two Nitto R-15 racks for sale. These are nice top-racks, as well as some of the the smallest racks that can still handle a couple of Ortlieb panniers. Hold a Big Loafer just fine, although the 'Loaf is a bit longer than the rack and the tweed ones flop over the end a half-inch when empty.
I had one of these on my 56cm Sam, and the other on a Bleriot at one point. One rack has both sets of long/uncut attachment arms, one has a short set for the horizontal attachers. Both are in great shape, and have minimal scratching, scuffs, etc. These will also work as a big front rack for a Bombadil, etc, though on my 52cm Bomba (that Will now has) it looked pretty big/industrial. Looked pretty awesome used as both a front/rear rack, too.
