Good condition. Includes two "diving board" flat stays and two fork P-clamps. Also includes stays for mounting to rear of bike. Purchased from stevep33 a month or two ago. Never mounted it as I switched to mustache bars on the Romulus and a handlebar bag just isn't going to work out well with this configuration (doing panniers on a Campee rack instead).
