Riding to the Rivendell HQ only gets better when the leafs are falling and the my lady friend is leading the way. Riding for some early holiday gifts for myself. Not much pictures of the shop because I got caught up talking to Grant about Pranayamas, yoga breathing exercises. You'll be surprised on how much just breathing can help increased just daily exercises. After doing some earthquake dips, we were on the road. Another great time at the shop.
