Feet - Check - Wood Socks.. Boots whatever for temp Legs- Check - Wool underwear.. Musa - or jeans good to 25 degrees - Snow pants over wool and musa - down to 8 degrees Body - Check - Any number of base layers, a shirt, sweater, many different coats ../ turtle necks etc good to negative temps head- Check- Balaclava or two with beenie as needed .. can make my head sweat down to very low temps. Eyes-- anything under 30 degrees I get headaches from the winds and my glasses getting to cold for my nose... off is worse.
Anyway.. looking for snow skiing goggles with clear lens for night riding or changable.. found several (no clear lenses yet) just haven't pulled the trigger .. all under 50 bucks and look like they would make riding more fun. No fogging up when I cover my nose with the balaclava - good vision (think glasses will still be wearable inside them) trying to think of what negative I'm missing... Could it really just be a good idea? hmmm off to the store tomorrow. later Kelly -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "RBW Owners Bunch" group.
