Will, This isn't an RBW or even Nitto product but it is IMHO the best rack for a bike that has a caliper brake and fork dropout eyelets: http://store.velo-orange.com/index.php/accessories/racks-decaleurs/racks/vo-constructeur-front-rack.html. It is a bit of a project to install, but sits nice and low, has a fender mount and doesn't use any clamps.
