Forrest: My Atlantis has always had Noodles and I like them a lot. The are about even with the seat. I like drops because I like to change position a lot and not sit the same way for long periods. This is my bike for at least 95% of my riding which includes day trips, long tours, knocking around town, some fire roads & hiking trails (but nothing epic / awesome / gnarly).
I tried Moustache bars on another bike for a while but they just didn't work for me. Lots of people use them and like them. Some people like to change bars often enough they set up 2 complete bar / brake lever / shifter combos with cable splitters. I've never done it but have heard people say it's a quick job to change bars once you've got it set up to do so. By even thinking about the merits of two different bars, you're on the slippery slope to collecting bars, stems, brake & shift levers. It's loads of fun, you can't go wrong. dougP On Dec 9, 3:11 pm, Forrest <ftme...@me.com> wrote: > If you have (or had) an Atlantis, do (did) you prefer it set up with > Moustache bars or with drops such as the Noodles?
