nah its just a little shelf wear no scratches. It was laced up to a NOS wheelset. I wanted the rims so I just unlaced them and put the hub on a shelf. The front hub is not available though.
Guranteed to be unused and I didnt see scratches on the hub I just checked it again. if your not happy I would be fine with giving your $ $ back.
