Be careful on this one, guys. He's not telling the complete story.

I talked to the seller about this bike over the summer. He told me the
bike had been in a flood, but he said he didn't think it was salt
water. He said that's what caused the seatpost to be seized, as well
as seizing thel bearings and the top tube cable guides.

I gave it some serious thought for the $325 he was selling it for at
the time, but ultimately passed due to the flood issues.

I do know that this is at least the second time he's had it on the
Bay.
