Just another data-point for you:    I ride a 64cm Quickbeam and a 56cm
Bombadil- they both are the right size for me.    I have a lot of
seatpost showing on the bombadil but it's a mountain bike with a
sloped TT and that much seatpost is normal.   The dirtdrop stem is
down as far as it will go and the bars are still slightly higher than
the saddle.   I'd have to get a different stem if I wanted them any
lower, but luckily they are fine for me where they are.   I've seen
your other setups and I bet if anything, you'll have the stem almost
slammed all the way down if you get the 58 hunqapillar.
