Good stuff. The only change I'd make is to use pipe insulation to protect the frame tubes instead of bubble wrap if you are shipping a bike for a tour & will need to re-ship it back afterwards. Pipe insulation can be re-used multiple times. I especially like the foam blocks to protect the fork and seat tube area. Another one jammed over the chainrings would be a good addition.
