I'm having Spectrum Cycles strip the white factory paint off of my Seven Alaris to reveal the titanium hiding underneath, going with a raw brushed finish. Then rebuild with all carbon/black parts (no silver whatsoever) plus matching set of saddle and bar tape. Could use some recommendations on which way to go here. I could go black of course, but was thinking either green, honey or white Brooks might be a nice contrast.
