good luck getting tubing specs. I will say that my 63 roadeo that is a "hair heavier" than the 747 spec on the smaller ones may have been, or could be 858 based on early adopter correspondence, I love the bike, and for my 220 lb self it does fine, although there are times I wonder if I bought a Hilsen with less tire clearance. I would doubt that the Saluki was ever built with the same intents as the roadeo, but you never know. As for the OD, to my knowledge all current Riv production has been OS, 28.6 tt, 31.8 dt, 28.6 st. I have asked directly about tubing spec in the past and what I got on my Roadeo was the most ever in a response, and that was prepurchase, but never follow up when I asked again to confirm after purchase. In reality tubing spec open to the public is just fuel on the fire in many cases, if the bike works then ride it, if the maker keeps their cards in their pocket, that is their business I guess.
