Just received my Platrack from Rivendell today... I couldn't resist; I had to immediately install it, lashing a full cooler of beverages to it, and racing around the neighborhood... Eureka, it works!!! All I need is some ice, a bottle opener, and a sign "Cold Beer - $1"... I'm in business!
