My whole point is this: Those who are unable to laugh at themselves are doomed to be laughed at by others.
If you can't have a sense of humor about the "Buy Steel, Wool, Eat Primal, Wear sandals with socks, etc" culture surrounding Riv then you shouldn't be mocking the "Tight lycra, Carbon fiber, tall seatpost short stem, skinny tires, fuel gel" culture either. Or the "Stretch jeans, plaid shirts, color coordinated, messenger bag" culture either. It's all in good fun. BSNYC's biggest target is often himself.
