I'll double the suggestion to use an XD2 crank and leave off the big
ring. Riv, or a flexible local bike shop can swap out the rings you
need instead of being stuck with ones you don't want. I don't thin Riv
has 30t 74mm rings in stock, but I'm sure they can get one in a jiffy.
44t or 46t I'm sure they have for the middle.

The VO Polyvalent crank does just this, and you get a chainguard to
boot. You also get a regular bolt pattern, no knuckle busting hidden
5th bolts.   VO gives Q-factor specs on their websites(VO, VO Imports,
and VO Blog), but they contradict each other and they won't give a
firm answer via email, just saying they are approximates. Their
approximations vary up to 6mm (158m to 164mm). It matters maybe yes
and no.
