I'm guessing the sweet spot will be purely subjective.

Albastache - set up kind of in-board, and set up dropping from the stem

I think I like the levers kind of level to the world.

Albatross set up as riser bars, but more outboard.   (OH! the rear wheel of 
the RoadUno made it into the frame!)

No pic yet, but I just switched my RoadUno Choco bars to drop bar levers. 
I'll snap a pic eventually.
