I think the black will look just fine untill you wear it out.  gives
you a reason to ride more.

Do you prefer the thickness and cush of the cork tape?  I have found I
prefer the Somafab thick and zesty to wrap my hands around and it
matches with almost any shade of brown

it is also cheap and durable.  I have tried to love the cotton but
could never get comportable with it, even after investing th etime in
a harlequin wrap.  The soma tape gives me everything I need to ride
sans gloves
