I’ve used the Carradice wax. I figure they would have a decent product for the job. I applied using their directions. Heat the tin in warm water. Rub on the softened wax with a rag and then finish with a hair dryer/heat gun to get it to soak in better. Filson carries waxes for their jackets and I bet that would work as well.
