This is utterly and annoyingly off-topic, but I'm not active on other lists, so here goes. (Feel free to flame me into oblivion if you think I deserve it... you'd not be wrong to do so.)
Is there some way to have Google Groups' web viewer not show large images at full size? It's unreasonable to expect everyone to remember to resize images before posting, but, whenever someone doesn't, it nukes the browser window. This requires side-scrolling, AKA the Root of All Evil.
