Riv folks, I love this pump. Then I left it outside and it got a little waterlogged and now: There is resistance to pulling the handle up, like I am drawing up a syringe and actually it fells like the air is pulling the handle down After a few seconds , it "equalizes" and the handle will stay up When I push down on it, it spits out a little mist at the bottom.
