Well, I tried my best but y'all didn't pony up. So now I'm stuck with it, dammit!
(Overcoming his levity with great effort, he continued ...) I'll use it for a tour in a few months (God willing) and see then about keeping it. I am very interested in having a local builder build me a custom combo rough stuff/touring bike, basically a tourer that will take 2.5" wide tires with fenders; with two wheesets, this would take the place of the Monocog and the Sam Hill. We'll see. I rode it again briefly last night, hilly 13 miles; it's nice but doesn't have the magic handling and feel of the Riv 3 customs I've owned, of which I've kept the two best.
