I've done the SFR 400k before, but not the SFR 600k.  I know that's a tough
one--I've completed some easier ones, so hopefully that experience will
help me.

One other minor load lightening was 50g recovered by going from a Topeak
Road Morph to a Topeak mini morph.  The mini morph performed great for two
flats on my ride including my fat 42 mm tire and a high pressure road
tire.  I love the flexible hose that connects to the valve so you are not
putting pressure on the valve stem with every pumping motion.  I think
Leyzyne has a similar system with a hose.
