Boy oh boy, on a hot day after finishing a beer I can't quite get my
head around the question that you're asking.  The "Mark's handlebar"
is the same as the old Nitto Model 185 (they just essentially renamed
the bar).  Here's a link to a jpg from our esteemed group owner
(Cyclofiend) that shows the dimensions of the Mod. 185:
