Agreed on the Pari Motos. I swapped out my kid's bike from the WTB Nano to these and the kids went from hating the bike to loving it and going fast. I run RH Stampede Passes on my wife's bike and on the tandem, but if the Pari Motos were available for 700c wheels there's no chance I'd pay the extra MSRP for the Rene Herse tires. (And my Rene Herse tires are all bought used as well, so I wasn't paying MSRP for those!)
