Roaduno is a Homer with 120mm rear spacing intended for singlespeed hubs. There are many variations of adding gears because you can mount a tensioner or rear derailleur, plus there's one dt boss to facilitate a shifter. I can't say much about the differences between Homer and lugged Roadini other than I believe Roadini has shorter chainstays.
