I have a pair of IRD Thumbshifters, which in reality are Silver 1's shortened a bit. They MSRP for $140 but they are out of stock at IRD:

Now that a flat rate small box is $11, that's getting awful close to just buying Silver mounts from Rivendell, which have the added feature of allowing you to pick any exit angle.
