1. Do these work well for up to 20 lb without scratching the paint? 2. Are they inclined to fall off, as the Nitto wire stand-off does if you don’t strap it in place? (I once found mine tangled in the rear spokes; fortunately I was walking the bike across a pedestrian crossing across busy boulevard.) 3. Does anyone have one to sell or trade?
