I was at Sierra Trading Post store yesterday and they had several Salsa EXP Series Anything Cradle Top Load Dry Bags on clearance for $15 each. I bought them all (5) to pass onto list members that may want one for what I paid, plus shipping. Looks like it would work well as a stand alone handlebar bag with the included and attached Velcro straps. If interested let me know off list. What does not sell will probably be returned for refund. I spied them probably a couple weeks ago in the non-bicycle products isle with some other non-bike dry bags. I move them to the bike specific area. ***Addendum to mounting.*** Would definitely work better with a support than a stand along bar bag, unless you pack it real light. The Velcro straps on it are probably there to keep it in place on some support bracket or rack or additional cinch bands.
