Hi Liz, I mostly ride the roads in western Hamilton county, but also will ride the trails when I just want to have a relaxing ride without concern for traffic. I live on the west side of town and it's not too far to get out into farm land where there's not too much traffic. The hills around here can surely be rough on the knees.
