i feel like i'd feel more comfortable if there was a tang that went to the 
brake bridge. in lieu of that, maybe a strap from handlebars to the 
tombstone? 

i have no experience, just looking at the pics for the potluck and feel 
like i'd be scared using it for both basket and mini panniers.
