As a fellow 52cm Clem H owner I'll chime in. The price does seem high, perhaps a couple hundred too steep. The bag, dyno & tune up combo is nice but might be what is keeping the price up there. The Clem H won't be made again (most certainly) but I don't think its that special to make people seek it out on the used market and pay top dollar. Someone who will pay $2900 for a used bike probably isn't too afraid to spend a little more for a new one with out some accessories.
I have an early Clem H with the swoopy chain stays. I like the straight ones better that you have here.
