I have two sets of vo fenders.
The snakeskin 650 b it's 50mm wide and covers a 42 mm tire (measures 40 mm.)
I also reradiused the Zeppelin Zeppelin 650B to 26 inch x 55mm Covers a tire
that measures 47 mm .

Both are difficult to install, but once you get them on, keep you dry and are
noise free.
They add panache to any bike.

Once installed taking them off and on is not a problem.

I have also for years commuted with Esge ( now SKS) " plastic" fenders
They are very easy to install and keep you dry (If you buy them big enough)
They last longer than you might think.
They also breakaway if you get something caught in your spokes. That's not
academic. It happened to me. It shattered my fender, but I didn't do a
faceplant.

I recently converted an old 700c bike to 650 B. To my surprise, all I had to do
was adjust the Esge 700c with a flick of the wrist and voilĂ . I didn't have to
buy fenders and spend an evening installing them. However, I would not show
up at JPW's French fender day as the fender line is terrible, but they keep me
dry and I didn't have to buy a set of fenders and spend the evening mounting
them.

Bonne Chance fender hunting

I will have a post for a "hack" on reducing toe overlap which does get worse
when you go from 700 c 28mm to 650b 42 mm with vo/rene hearse/Berthud fenders.

Subject: [RBW] Fender recommendations for a Toyo Atlantis (700c)?

Hi folks, I'm looking for ideas on fenders. Also curious what the biggest size
I can run is.

I've seen VO, Rene Herse, and Honjo. Any preferences amongst those or makes
that I'm missing?
