I agree with the previous comments on trying things out via adapter; I also agree it's a great looking bike and a beauty photo!
I would place my bet that you'll find a 11 or 12cm stem to be right. I know that's massively longer than what you have right now, but the Losco indeed comes back a LOT. I too believe it's the right bar based on your current reach and bar height though!
