I have been putting together a kid bike out of a Clem L and mistakenly purchased a rear rack that's not compatible with my bike seat.
I have decided that this rack is the best option for my use case and am trying to get a deal. I'm based in NYC and understand that shipping a rack can be cost prohibitive/ make it just as expensive as buying new. Not super concerned with condition, just nothing that's ever been repaired.
