I imagine (since we are talking about an imaginary bike), that the Racer Ms will allow 43mm Honjos and Jack Browns no problem.
I think I've seen a Ram with such a set-up, but can't recall where. The Ram & Rom have the same clearances. Wow. That set-up would be stellar!
