Patrick, If you ever come out this way, I will go with you and you can have a first hand experience with Paradise Loop.
There are few climbs, nothing too bad and tons of rollers. Since you are fixedgear rider, you will be able to kick those roadies behind on those rollers. Will take some pictures for you.
