Any LBS will have a white bolt-on reflector for you to buy. For your front basket, velcro Riv's 1 or 2 ankle reflectors to the front. http://www.rivbike.com/products/show/ankle-reflector/31-370 They provide big wide front reflectors on the basket, and of course you always have a pants holder in a pinch.
