A few things I have used, starting with hot summer training for the death valley double last year:
Arm coolers are great if you don¹t want to spring for the Boure jersey, or if you want to convert a light, short-sleeve jersey to a sun-protective and cooling one. I¹ve used these, but there are plenty of others that work well: http://www.desotosport.com/products/product.asp?Category=accessories&ProdID= AC Hammer endurolytes are great for hot weather cramping, and you can dose them up as the heat goes up. They don¹t seem to upset my stomach, and they are a good way to make sure you get a constant supply in hot weather when many other foods become unpalatable: http://www.hammernutrition.com/products/endurolytes.elt.html > Patrick in VT <swing4...@gmail.com> Jun 09 07:31AM -0700 ^ <#digest_top> > > >> > +1 on the Bouré jersey.
