Doh! Just noticed that yours is a slotted screw in the photo, which 
reminded me that I swapped out the original screw on mine to one with a 3mm 
socket head. I don't remember if I had to replace the nut at the same time, 
so probably best to disregard my previous post and just bring the whole 
thing to the hardware store.
