Perhaps with the damage there's some more room to negotiate the price. It would be nice if a new owner could resurrect it. But I'm worried it's worse than it looks given the current owner's lack of bicycle savvy (bad pics, missing important pics, incorrect wheel size).
AFAIK Bernie Mikkelson does repair work for Rivendell (when he can get to it) and if this frame has been inspected and evaluated by him that would give me some degree of confidence.
