No comment on Mr Moore's bicycle for sale, but a comment on the Waterford Hillbornes based on my limited experience with one frame/ bike: We have a Waterford Hillborne here at Hiawatha. There is nothing I can see on the bike that indicates that Waterford made it, and the quality of the paint and finish is no better than the Taiwanese Hillborne frames we've had. MUSA may be reason enough to order up a Waterford Hillborne, but there is no sacrifice in quality with the Taiwanese Hillbornes.
